Rapid Access Clinic (RAC) at Equinox Health

RAC is an urgent care clinic offered weekday afternoons by Equinox family doctors on a rotating basis.
For your convenience we offer the ability to book these specific appointments online daily. Appointments are intended to be booked the same day.

For existing Equinox Health clinic patients only
For new, urgent health concerns only—not for:
- Routine med refills, Chronic condition follow-ups, non urgent review of results etc
- RAC is NOT for narcotic or controlled substance prescriptions - please plan to make appointments before your prescription expires with you regular doctor for this.
- Please be respectful of using the RAC appts appropriately; we strive to be available to our patients when they need to see us urgently, and RAC appts are limited and are in high demand.
- We care for over 11,000 Yukoners at our clinic—please use the Rapid Access Clinic responsibly and avoid overuse to keep access fair for all patients.
- RAC is NOT for Solstice Maternity patients: Please call the clinic for urgent fit-ins if you are a Solstice Maternity patient at our clinic.
Out of medication? Contact your pharmacist—Yukon regulations allow refill extensions until your next appointment.
Booking for your child? Use your own name and email when booking; we’ll update to the child’s name at check-in.
